Beauty School Summer Camp Enrolling NOW!

  1. Dates: Monday, June 8, 2026 through Friday, August 21, 2026 (11 weeks total)
  2. Daily Schedule: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (eight-hour day)
  3. Early Drop-off: 8:00-9:00 AM
  4. Late Pick-up: 4:00 - 5:00 PM (Squirrel Hill Only)
  5. Location: Fountain of Youth Academy of Cosmetology

Junior Beauty Academy

Ages 11-14

Price: $310 per week (Academy family rate: $210 per week)

A fun, engaging introduction to beauty school. The instructor will rotate through practical modules each week, including:

  1. Nail Art & Design
  2. Manicures & Pedicures
  3. Acrylics & Nail Tips (demo/press-ons)
  4. Builder Gel & Shaping
  5. Facials & Skincare
  6. Makeup Application
  7. Braids, Styling & Basic Hair Assisting
  8. Hair Color (temporary/safe options on mannequin heads)

Teen Beauty Academy

Ages 15-18

Price: $310 per week (Academy family rate: $210 per week)

A more structured, professional-style track with deeper practice on practical modules — designed as a bridge to our adult cosmetology program. The instructor will rotate through the same modules each week, including:

  1. Nail Art & Design
  2. Manicures & Pedicures
  3. Acrylics & Nail Tips (demo/press-ons)
  4. Builder Gel & Shaping
  5. Facials & Skincare
  6. Makeup Application
  7. Braids, Styling & Basic Hair Assisting
  8. Hair Color (temporary/safe options on mannequin heads)

Note: This program is not for high school graduates.

Payment & Refund Policy

  1. Full price: $310 per week
  2. Academy family discount (current/former students): $210 per week ($100 off)
  3. Early drop-off (8:00–9:00 AM): $50 per week
  4. Late pick-up (4:00–5:00 PM): $50 per week (Squirrel Hill Campus only)
  5. Early + Late bundle: $90 per week
  6. No refunds once a spot is reserved and payment is received. Spots are non-transferable.

Lunch Policy

Campers must bring their own nut-free bagged lunch and a labeled water bottle each day. We do not provide lunch. Please include an ice pack if needed, as refrigeration is limited.

Future Beauty Pros Pathway

For students who want their hours to count toward the full cosmetology program:

  1. We will document attendance and skills practiced.
  2. To be eligible, the student must provide an eighth grade transcript that proves they have completed the eighth grade.
  3. The 10th-grade education requirement applies when the student is ready to take the state licensing exam.
